Live Science includes it too in its list of metro areas with the highest obesity rates. The condition is characterized by having excessive body fat, which negatively affects a person’s overall health. It does not only lead to a poor psychosocial state, it also makes the individual susceptible to developing a host of health issues, including high blood pressure.
